A generated doc page's shell, split around the page's unique content: open runs from the page surface through the sidebar up to the content slot, close finishes the slot, footer and surface. The generated version pages render their bodies BETWEEN the halves (via the doc_body_open/close includes), so the emitted tree splits at a marker Host instead of taking the body as a string.
