Detailed Description

One home-page section, resolved in render order (plan 03). The home page is composed from the config's home.sections list rather than a fixed top/projects/socials/bottom layout: Description and Custom carry their raw

HTML directly (the description text; an author fragment); Projects/Socials are Vortex-native card subtrees the renderer emits from the "Site Home Sections" style. The engine gates presence + order.
