The left dynamic tab of the titlebar — the current page's identity (one per page kind: project/parent, policy, content page; none on home). icon is a recolorable icon NAME resolved in the icon dirs; logo an arbitrary image URL (project logos keep their brand colors). Empty present omits the tab entirely (the home page).
